Rare Disease can be isolating, especially when it is so rare your child is one of approximately 100 in the world. There are not local support groups to meet up with and it can be overwhelming navigating a disorder that is not only new to your family, but also new to the medical community. We are so grateful for all of you who has helped us along the journey. Donate to support our mission :
When donating, under the “Selected Fund” option, donors have two ways to support us. In our general fund, funds raised go to connecting families via Zoom and conferences, providing information and resources to help families in their day-to-day lives, raising community awareness of this disorder, and maintaining the foundation. You can also choose to designate funds specifically to research. Funds here support our Natural History Study and research that further investigates the gene MAPK8IP3 and potential treatments.
